Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://tileinstallationcofield.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. Design 2 Reality provides Shower Tile Installation, Tile Backsplash Installation, Cabinet Repair, Tile Repair, Tile Replacement, Custom Cabinet Installation, Kitchen Cabinet Installation, Built-In Cabinet Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://tileinstallationcofield.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Design 2 Reality or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://tileinstallationcofield.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Design 2 Reality makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Design 2 Reality arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design 2 Reality from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
